style: apply code formatting and cleanup

- Format TypeScript files with Prettier (App.tsx, EnvWarningBanner.tsx, formatters.ts)
- Organize Rust imports and module order alphabetically
- Add newline at end of JSON files (en.json, zh.json)
- Update Cargo.lock for dependency changes
