795b9c23fe Clean up documentation and remove unnecessary files 
- Rewrote CONTRIBUTING.md in casual, direct style
- Rewrote SECURITY.md to be less formal
- Fixed GitHub URLs in CHANGELOG.md
- Removed formal issue/PR templates
- Removed codecov.yml configuration file
