With caution

• Remove duplicate /gluetun directory creation
• Remove firewall shadowsocks input port?
• Remove script-security option

Uniformization

• Filter servers by protocol for all
• Multiple IPs addresses support for all proviedrs
• UPDATER_PERIOD only update provider in use
