feat(pprof): add pprof HTTP server (#807)

- `PPROF_ENABLED=no`
- `PPROF_BLOCK_PROFILE_RATE=0`
- `PPROF_MUTEX_PROFILE_RATE=0`
- `PPROF_HTTP_SERVER_ADDRESS=":6060"`
